These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, websites, and services operated by Gaea Operations GmbH and its affiliated platforms, applications, and systems (collectively, the “Gaea Services”). By accessing or using any Gaea Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of any product or service operated by Gaea Operations GmbH or its affiliates. This includes, without limitation, publishing tools, storage platforms, monetization systems, APIs, payment and financial solutions, or any future Gaea Services. Separate policies (e.g., Privacy Policy or Payment Terms) may apply in addition.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Gaea Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violations of these Terms or applicable law.
You agree to use Gaea Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Some Gaea Services include paid or premium access. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Gaea Operations GmbH or its payment processors (such as Stripe) to charge your selected payment method. Trials may involve a small non-refundable verification charge (e.g., €0.99). After any trial, subscriptions automatically renew at the listed rate (e.g., €9.99/week or €9.99/month, as specified during the selection process) unless cancelled before renewal. By starting Premium Access, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once access begins. For overdue subscription payments, Gaea Operations GmbH may apply a small administrative late payment fee (e.g., €1.15 or equivalent) after multiple failed payment attempts.
Some paid plans offered by Gaea Services function as an optional account-level upgrade. This upgrade provides enhanced operational benefits such as priority handling, faster internal processing, and improved support responsiveness. These operational improvements constitute the primary paid service.
Additional convenience features may be included at no extra cost. Any such features (for example reduced waiting times or simplified interaction steps within certain products) are optional, value-added benefits and do not constitute the core paid service.
The specific scope of operational enhancements may evolve over time, provided the primary nature of the service remains an account-level upgrade.
Digital convenience elements displayed within any Gaea Service — including but not limited to reduced delays, reduced advertising, simplified interaction steps, or faster automated access — are complimentary courtesy features provided at no extra cost. These digital elements are not part of the paid service and are not the subject of the transaction. The paid service is strictly limited to the account-level operational upgrade performed by Gaea Operations GmbH.
You may cancel Premium Access at any time through your account. Refunds are generally not provided after digital access has begun unless required by law. Premium benefits remain available until the end of the billing period. Cancellation does not waive or remove any outstanding balance already incurred. Any unpaid subscription amount, including applicable administrative late payment fees, remains payable.
If you participate in Gaea publisher or monetization programs, you agree to comply with all applicable network, advertiser, and regional policies. Invalid or automated traffic is prohibited. Earnings and payout terms are defined within each program. Gaea Operations GmbH reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments derived from non-compliant or fraudulent activity.
Prohibition of Artificial Traffic and Legal Consequences:
Any attempt to inflate earnings, impressions, clicks, conversions, or other performance metrics through automated
systems, bots, artificial traffic generation, incentivized manipulation, or any comparable methods is strictly
prohibited. Gaea Operations GmbH may withhold, reverse, or reclaim any payments resulting from such activity,
suspend or terminate affected accounts, and pursue compensation for resulting damages. Civil and criminal legal
action may be initiated where manipulative behavior causes financial harm, constitutes fraud, or violates
contractual obligations.
All Gaea Services, including design, code, and trademarks, are the property of Gaea Operations GmbH. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. By uploading or submitting content, you grant Gaea Operations a non-exclusive license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Gaea Services may integrate with third-party platforms or APIs. We are not responsible for their content, security, or policies. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.
Gaea Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaea Operations GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total fees paid or earned by you in the previous 12 months. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaea Operations GmbH and its affiliates against claims resulting from your actions or content.

Gaea Operations GmbH may revise these Terms at any time for legal or operational reasons. The latest version is always available at gaeaoperations.com/legal/terms-of-service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. Amendments must be in writing. Gaea Operations GmbH may assign its rights and obligations to affiliated entities.
